The registration fee includes Conference, Workshop, Journal Indexing Fund & Incidental Charges.
The Journal Indexing Fund (INR.750*) and Incidental Charges (INR.250*) is applicable for All Delegates, PG's and Senior Citizens. (Not applicable for Accompanying Person).
Bonafide letter / College ID card attested by HOD is mandatory for all PG's.
For spot registration - conference kit is subject to availability.
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the policy.

* Transportation will be provided from the accomodation site to the venue on all 3 days.

TNOACON 2023 Registration cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing as indicated below.

Requests must be addressed to the TNOACON 2023 Organizing Secretary.
Requests must be e-mailed to info@tnoacon2023chennai.com
Telephone requests will not be honored.
Refunds will be inticated after the conclusion of the conference as per the policy.
- 75% Refund - Cancellation done before 30^th November 2022
- 50% Refund - Cancellation done before 31^st December 2022
- 25% Refund - Cancellation done before 31^st January 2023
- No Refund - Cancellation done from 1^st February 2023

* if a member is selected for any paper or poster presentation cancellation of registration is not entertained.

Draft / Cheque To be made in favor of "TNOACON 2023" payable at Chennai.

Please send duly filled Registration form along with Cheque or DD at Conference Secretariat address.
